We collect the personal information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), along with course progress, quiz and exam results, and certificate records generated as you use the platform.

Data Protection

Personal information is used for course administration, records, certificates and program support. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never visible to ArisePath staff. Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, by contacting us at the details below. Some information, such as completed course and certificate records, may be retained as required for program integrity and verification purposes.
